Metro Advantage Realty's VIP BUYER program worked GREAT for us!! My wife and I had a great experience with Metro Advantage Realty. At the very beginning, Joe told us that his goal is to make sure that we find the "right" house, no matter how long it took. Well, we put those words to the test! We were under contract on a house and we ran into some unforeseen problems with the seller just 3 days away from closing. We wanted to back out of the deal.
